The reimagined Colbert Quarter offers a unique opportunity to develop a vibrant and sustainable urban neighbourhood and city quarter in the heart of Limerick. Proposed neighbourhood retail and local amenities including shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, markets and other activities that will create a vibrant heart for both new and existing neighbourhoods.
